If you decide to cancel your order please contact us immediately by phone and one of our staff members will assist you with the cancelation process. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been prepared for shipping and/or have been shipped. If you receive your order and would like to return your order please see the Return and Replacement Policy section or contact us for assistance.

Promotions: We will post promotions on our website from time to time and they will last for a limited time. Pricing and Promotions will change without notice and will also be contingent on availability and stock levels.
Damaged Goods
If you receive your shipment and notice damaged boxes or any products damaged please contact us immediately to provide you with assistance and further instructions. Please make sure you take pictures of the damage and send them to internetsales@ramosdecorandlumber.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please make sure you keep any document from the shipping company.
Installed Merchandise
Ramos Decor and Lumber LLC is not responsible for any issues with the products purchased from us due to faulty installation. It will be your responsibility to verify the credentials and experience of the installers that your hire before any work is done. Make sure to check for proper insurance, references, and/or certifications. Also, make sure to inspect all materials before installation.
